Winter Advance 2007 Resources
The world is clearly
not as it
should be. God has a plan to set all that is wrong with the
world
right - the Kingdom of God. This coming Kingdom is the
central
message of the Bible and the restoration plan of the Creator.
For
those aligned with God's plan now, this coming day is what we're living
for.
Rather than a retreat
from the
world, our winter camp is called an "advance" as our goal is to push
back the enemy once we leave. This year we again had more than just
teachings
- be sure to check out our teen sharings, short testimonies and
teachings by some of our teens. Also, listen or download the main
teachings on
the topic of "What We're Living For" and check out some pictures from
the weekend! New this year, participate in the discussion about the
advance on our blog. If you have any questions or for more information,
please contact us!

Abraham and David play a central role in the coming Kingdom.
God
gives the land lost by Adam and Eve to Abraham and his faithful
descendants and gives the dominion again to King David and his promised
heir.
- Justice and the Kingdom of God

| WA2007
A key element to the coming Kingdom of God is that God will bring
justice to the earth. God is bringing relief to the oppressed
and
suffering and judgment upon the oppressors and those who cause
suffering in the world.
- Jesus, The King of The Kingdom
Victor Gluckin | 51 min: 12 sec | 17.5mb | WA2007
The central figure in God's Kingdom plan is Jesus, the King of the
coming Kingdom of God. Jesus' destiny was to rule the world
but
before he was exalted to that position by God, he willingly suffered
and died so that man's sin could be paid for.
- Kingdom Ethics
Sean Finnegan | 47 min: 00 sec | 16.1mb | WA2007
How should those living in light of the coming Kingdom live now in this
evil age? Looking at how the Kingdom itself will be gives us
insight into the way the pilgrim citizens of the Kingdom should live
now.
- Preaching
The Kingdom
Victor Gluckin | 48 min: 07 sec | 16.5mb | WA2007
Jesus' mission on earth was to preach the coming arrival of His
Father's Kingdom. For some, this was great news, but for most
this same event brings judgment and condemnation. The gospel
message itself is that which can call the people of the world to side
with God's Kingdom program now. With God on our side, who should we
fear in our gospel proclamation mission?
